1. Return Policy

We accept the return of rental dresses under the following conditions:

  • The dress should be returned before the expiry of the rental period.
  • The dress should be in the condition it was delivered in with no stains, damages, or modifications.
  • If the dress is damaged or very dirty you may incur costs for cleaning or repairing.

Any flaw on the dress-whether in its quality, due to defects or discrepancies in relation to your order-should be reported directly to us the day you received it. We shall help resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our rental service, once the dress reaches you, no refunds are offered. However, if there's a legitimate concern with the dress for example, in terms of incorrect size or some defects, then we'll look into an exchange or initiate refund to your bank account.

If you want to cancel your order, we need a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Any cancellation made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Late Returns

If the dress is not returned by the agreed-upon date, there may be a late fee. The late fee will be determined based on the number of days delayed, and the customer will be responsible for paying this fee.

4. Process of Return/Refund Procedure
